Washi is a handmade Japanese paper, made sheet by sheet, even in large sizes and different textures.

The main peculiarity is that its vegetal fibres are not fixed by glue so you can’t tear it off and you can wash with a wet sponge.

As an alternative to its common use as blinds or panels, we suggest to place it between glass sheets as parapet or banister, or in the shower, backlighted.
